Nursery/Pre-school Registration
Please fill out a form for EACH child going into the Nursery or
Preschool area.

Each child needs a diaper bag with diapers, wipes and a
spare set of clothes just in case. Each diaper bag needs
to have child's identification on it. Bottles and sippy cups
need identification on them also. Please don't have your
child bring toys that are difficult to share with the group.
There will be a $2 fee for each child in the
nursery/pre-school area to provide snacks and cleaning
supplies for the group.
Nursery and pre-school volunteers have family and
responsibilites after class dismissals. Nursery and
Pre-school children are to be picked up promptly upon
dismissal of classes.
