Why bother joining a support group?
Often times the homeschooling adventure can
be daunting without having others around that
have walked a similar path.
We recommend joining a few or several
groups-one group may suit your needs better
than another group at  various times. It's
important to feel at ease when looking for a
shoulder to lean on.
Please don't feel like you have to be in a rush to
pick a curriculum and don't feel like once you
try a curriculum you have to keep with it if it
isn't working.
While researching different styles of
homeschooling and the various curriculum
types, let your child pursue their interests, use
the library and READ, and go on educational
outings. Take your time and browse our other
links regarding curriculum.
